Your conversation stays in one place
When you return on the same browser, the home page can offer a discreet “Continue my conversation” link. The message itself is never shown automatically on the public home page.
If the conversation becomes live
When the admin is active, replies can happen quickly and the same page behaves much like a live text chat. When the admin is away, nothing changes: your message simply waits in the private conversation.
If you change device
Use the “Copy private link” option inside your conversation. The private token is stored in the link fragment so it is not sent to the server as part of the page URL.
