Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no account, username, email address or phone number required.
Is it really anonymous?
The site does not ask you to identify yourself. Your conversation is linked to a random token. The content you choose to write can still contain identifying details, so share only what you are comfortable sharing.
How do I get back to my conversation?
On the same browser, the site can remember the conversation locally. You can also copy a private link and keep it somewhere safe.
Will I receive an email?
No. The conversation stays on the website. If browser push is available and you choose to enable it, you can receive a generic notification that a reply is waiting.
Can I use another language?
Yes. Use whichever language feels most natural.
Is there a fee?
No. There is currently no payment or pricing flow.
Can this be live chat?
Sometimes. If the admin is active, replies may be close to real time. The site does not promise continuous live availability.
Is this therapy or crisis support?
No. It is a non-clinical listening space. For immediate danger or crisis support, use appropriate local emergency or crisis services.
How long are conversations kept?
Closed conversations are scheduled for automatic deletion after the configured retention period. The default in this build is 90 days after closure.
